Last month I had the privilege of photographing LoriAnne Jones, a recent graduate from Rutgers University. She needed professional headshots to submit for an upcoming recognition.
We met on a pleasant day in February to photograph her headshots at the Rutgers Business School.
This location has lots of modern buildings with sleek glass walls and big windows.
The location was perfect. LoriAnne has a degree in Architecture. Additionally, she’s beem recently awarded Young Architect of the Year by AIA NJ.
The surrounding architecture was perfect for LoriAnne’s headshots. It represented who is and what she is passionate about.
She brought two outfits with suit jackets as layers.
I always recommend my clients to bring extra outfits or to layer outfits.
This added a lot of variety to her looks and final images.
And her outfit choices were great! The deep colors compliment her perfectly and helps her stand out from the background.
There were no requirements to how her headshots had to be.
Therefore, we had a lot of fun getting creative and taking images that included more of her surroundings.
I had so much fun with LoriAnne! I am excited to see her upcoming alumni recognition.
We created a wonderful variety of headshots to represent and honor her.
