Teen Actor Headshots Princeton NJ
Last week I had the opportunity to provide headshots for an aspiring teen actor, Ramzi. Ramzi is taking acting classes at school. The school recommended getting professional acting headshots to apply to agencies.
He and his family decided to meet me at one of my favorite locations for headshots, the Lewis Arts Complex in Princeton, New Jersey (I always give my clients location options to choose from!).
I love the Lewis Arts Complex for its modern architecture. Also, its glass walls make a fantastic headshot background. (P.S. This location is also awesome for high school senior sessions).

It’s not uncommon to feel a little awkward in front of the camera. It can be difficult to laugh and smile on command. This can be a real challenge when you have to do it for an hour straight!
I always assure my clients that they can take breaks from smiling and “fake laughing”. (Don’t worry, I fake laugh with you). If at any point they need to take a break, they can do so.
It’s important that all my clients feel comfortable and safe during their sessions. So, I always remind them.
However, Ramzi did a fantastic job! He and his family chose my one-hour headshot session to get a variety of looks, and he was a trooper. Mom brought a variety of outfits and together we chose what went best with the location.
I was very partial to Ramzi’s striped sweater. It was definitely my favorite look of the day. It makes him look like he belongs on a sitcom! (The Big Bang Theory, anyone?)
I am so excited to see Ramzi take off on his acting ventures. I wish him and his family all the best!
